It focuses on emotional care for activists, facilitators, and those in emotionally charged environments. We will practice embodied nervous system regulation tools and discover which of them suits your needs best.Understanding how supporting physical, emotional, cognitive, and energetic aspects of our experience can strengthen our collective bodies.We will also explore the origins and traditions of these practices through a critical and anti-oppressive lens.What are we going to do?Throughout the workshop, you will gain three types of strategies for overcoming triggering situations:Discreet Tools: Regulation techniques that can be done at any time in any place, when you need to come back to your center.
