A fun, feel-good online dance class where you’ll wake up your body, regulate your nervous system, and move into a beautiful state of flow through the healing power of dance and creative expression.Creative expression can be a powerful and healing way to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with parts of ourselves that may have been hidden or suppressed.In this class we’ll gently wake up the body through warm ups, explore isolation movements to activate different parts of the body, and learn a short choreography based around feminine expression. We’ll also incorporate breath, voice and sensations through the element of touch to deepen connection with the body and expression.The class is very beginner friendly and designed to be a supportive space to explore movement in a new way.You’ll be able to join online from the privacy of your own home, and you’re welcome to have your camera on or off depending on your comfort levels.This class is for anyone who feels curious to explore another way to regulate their nervous system, move their body in new ways, and discover what creative expression might open up for them.
